1. Shipping Coverage Area
Lux Outdoor Fireplaces currently ships within the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Mountain Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday). During this window, we coordinate with our suppliers, verify product availability, and perform quality checks on oversized items.
3. Transit Time & Delivery

Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3–7 business days to arrive at your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 6–12 business days from the date the order was placed.

4. Shipping Carriers
We utilize a variety of carriers to ensure the safest delivery for your specific product:

Small Parcels: FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Oversized/Heavy Items: Specialized Freight (LTL) carriers. Large items like fireplaces and fire tables are shipped via insured freight and include coordinated delivery scheduling.
5. Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window.
6. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasons. If a significant delay is expected, our team will proactively notify you via email with an updated timeline.
7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luxoutdoorfireplaces.com.

Note: For freight deliveries, please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If the crate is visibly damaged, please note this on the driver's paperwork.
