Collection: Pellet Stove

A pellet stove burns compressed wood pellets instead of cord wood, using an automated auger to feed fuel and a thermostat to hold a steady temperature — a more hands-off alternative to a traditional wood stove. Our pellet stoves are EPA-certified for clean, efficient combustion, with hopper capacities and BTU output suited to everything from supplemental room heating up to whole-home output over 2,500 square feet. A larger hopper means longer run time between refills, so check each product's hopper size and BTU rating against your space and how often you want to reload fuel. Keep in mind a pellet stove requires electricity to run its auger and fan, so if you're deciding between a pellet stove and a wood stove for off-grid or power-outage reliability, a wood stove may suit you better.
