Price Match Guarantee

At Lux Outdoor Fireplaces, we work directly with our suppliers to ensure fair, consistent pricing across the market. If you find a genuinely lower price on an identical, in-stock item from an authorized online retailer, let us know — we'll verify it against the manufacturer's minimum advertised price (MAP) policy and, if it qualifies, refund you the difference.
We built this guarantee to protect customers from overpaying — not to advertise prices below what our suppliers authorize. Every request is verified with the manufacturer before any refund is issued.

How It Works
- You find a lower total price (item + shipping + tax) for the identical, in-stock item from a qualifying online competitor.
- You submit the competitor's product link along with your Lux order number to support@luxoutdoorfireplaces.com within 30 days of purchase.
- We verify two things: that the competitor is an authorized retailer of that product, and that their price complies with the manufacturer's MAP policy. If a competitor's listed price appears to be below MAP, we will not match it — we'll flag it to the manufacturer directly, since the seller may be violating their supplier agreement.
- If the price qualifies, we refund the difference to your original payment method, generally within one business day of verification.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must have already purchased the item from Lux Outdoor Fireplaces before requesting a match.
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the specific product — not a marketplace, auction, or discount-liquidation site (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Overstock, Walmart Marketplace).
- The competitor must be an online-only or online storefront; we do not match brick-and-mortar or local pickup pricing.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate shipping on the competitor's site, with a price you can verify online — we cannot match phone quotes, email quotes, or unpublished pricing.
- Clearance, closeout, refurbished, open-box, and bundle/kit pricing are excluded, as are one-time promotional codes, rebates, and “buy one, get one” style offers.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
Brand-Specific MAP Restrictions
Because MAP terms vary by manufacturer, eligibility for a price match depends on the specific brand of the product you purchased:

Why We Verify Instead of Auto-Matching
Manufacturers set MAP policies to keep pricing fair across all authorized retailers, including us. A competitor's listed price is sometimes below MAP because they're violating their own supplier agreement — not because it's a legitimately better deal. Rather than automatically matching any lower number we see, we confirm the price is genuine and compliant first. This protects you from a bait-and-switch price that gets pulled down later, and it protects the pricing integrity our suppliers require of us.

- Your Lux order number
- A direct link to the competitor's product page
- The competitor's total price, including shipping and any tax shown
