FireRock Warranty

FireRock outdoor wood-burning fireplaces are backed by an industry-leading 50-year warranty against manufacturer defects for the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, as well as shipping damage if the unit was shipped by us. It does not cover damage incurred during installation, or installation issues, unless the unit was installed by us.

Special Considerations

FireRock Adhesive Mortar

FireRock Adhesive Mortar must be used to install the firebox and FireRock masonry chimney for the warranty to be valid (interior or exterior installations).

Note: The Pre-Fabricated Fireplace includes the amount of mortar needed to install the firebox and masonry chimney only. Purchase an install kit to have enough mortar for the total fire brick installation.
