Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Installation must be performed by a licensed, authorized service technician in accordance with the included installation manual and all local/national codes — improper installation voids this warranty.

Not covered: damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, accident, alteration, abuse, or neglect; parts from other manufacturers (voids warranty entirely); scratches, dents, corrosion, or discoloration from excessive heat, abrasives, or chemical cleaners; issues from non-certified venting components or terminations; installation, labor, construction, or transportation costs; over-firing, downdrafts, or spillage caused by environmental conditions (rooftops, nearby structures, trees, hills); inadequate or excessive venting configurations; insufficient makeup air or negative air pressure from exhaust fans, furnaces, or dryers; water, weather, condensation, or chemical cleaner damage.

After the first year, the manufacturer may, at its discretion, fulfill warranty obligations by refunding the wholesale price of a defective part rather than repairing or replacing it.
